Every decision I make starts with that question. Not what's technically possible, what moves the needle. That mindset has guided 15+ years of executive technology leadership and every team, system, and strategy I've built.

At Core States Group, I turned a two-person support function into a global technology organization, spanning software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and a Center of Excellence for AI. That team didn't just support the business. They became the reason it could scale.
